Whenever you or your instructor or class members have any issues with the online classroom, the best first step is to always contact West Tech Support at 602-627-4614 or 866-881-4540. Technological issues can result from many different variables. It could be that the internet connections your professor or class members are using are wireless, which can tend to have less reliable signals and sometime briefly lose connectivity. Or it might be something with your Internet browser version or your Adobe flash or other computer settings that are causing the issues. Tech Support may be able to help you diagnose and correct the issue for your computer, and they also log each call so that we can see trends when issues are being reported in larger numbers. That’s often the only way we can find out that these issues exist. If Tech Support is unable to assist, the Suggestion Box is another great place to let us know about these things, because that’s again how we find out. We can’t address something if we haven’t been told that there is a concern, so thanks again for bringing it to our attention so that we can look into it. I checked with some other West students and professors. A few of them did say they have similar issues to what your class is experiencing, but many reported no problems at all. Now we can look into it further and see if there is really an issue with the class platform or if it might be individual internet or computer connections. Again, please have your class members contact West Tech Support so we can identify why their online class connection is being interrupted.Thank you!!JR

If you look at most cell phone plans, at least ones available in my area, they come out to about $.10/minute IF you use all your minutes, don't go over and ignore the tax added. Of course, the free minutes to your family can save you a lot. Especially if you consider a tracfone would be $.10/min for you and $.10/minute for your family member if you were calling them.If getting a Tracfone (or any phone I suppose), be sure you get one of the CDMA phones (Verizon type) rather than the GSM phones (AT&T) as there are many places I run into where the GSM phones don't work but the CDMA phones do. Do a search to find the best phone and how to ensure you get a CDMA phone. I have the LG200C which is about as basic as you can get. I think the LG220C is just a tiny step up.BUT . I agree with Ginger, in many cases (certainly not all) a family plan ends up being better and is therefore worth looking into. But it is hard to get cheaper than $.10/minute. 0 likes

Danny schrieb am 15.12.2014 um 22:09 Uhr        X  I sure missed the boat!I've suefrefd with my chronic pain (a result of injuries from my breech birth delivery of my 2nd daughter, nearly 19 years ago now June 13.I don't even have a (one simple) diagnosis (for some reason) because there are so many things broken , so to speak, in my body that I do not fit under one particualar category I guess.I have a wonderful Doctor, no doubt. He cannot stop ALL of the pain I suffer and honestly, if I had been a cow, dog or cat and that happened during delivery,..they put the animal out of it's misery. I'm a human being so, I'm left to LIVE in/with the PAIN. Oh, how I wish someone could really, really HELP ME to just be RID of the pain. 19 years , 24/7 is just too long. The pain is winning and beating me down to nothing these days as I'm getting older.I wish I had seen this a long time ago!
