Its 6am (United kingdom) and I am still awake, earlier this week I have been going to sleep and getting out of bed later and then. i.e. going to sleep at 5am and getting out of bed at 3pm, which ruins your day making me feel guilty.Do everyone have strategies for me to return to right into a normal sleeping pattern? Must I do an exciting nighter so I am tired tomorrow in order to really fall asleep tomorrow evening?I’ve exams approaching so I am on study leave if anybody wondered.Any suggestions could be welcome, Thanks!
